I won't be driving. How can I get to the Atta Centre?

The city of Riga has a very good public transport system, which you can use to get to your chosen accommodation and the conference. Can you give me a letter of invitation for my visa application?

If you’d like a letter of invitation, please send an email to [email protected] providing your full name, date of birth, passport number and country of residence. We can then prepare a letter of invitation for you to present at your visa application appointment. However, please note that the Latvian visa application process requires you to attend an in-person meeting at your nearest embassy/visa processing centre. For those in Africa, the nearest visa processing centre is in Cairo, Egypt.

How Can I register for an exhibitor booth?

If you are a supporting ministry of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, and would like a booth, please send an email to [email protected] to declare your interest. Each booth, at the minimum, comes with 1 table, 2 chairs, access to wifi and electricity. Exhibitors are expected to bring all necessary requirements (to avoid additional cost, e.g. cables). In case of questions or concerns, please let us know via [email protected].

How can I support this conference?

Thank you for your interest in supporting this event, and our ministry. We would appreciate it if you can encourage your friends and family to also attend this conference, so that they too can benefit from these messaged.

As a volunteer-led organisation, GYC Europe can only manage to organise these events through the help of young people who want to serve God. If you would like to volunteer during the conference, please let us know when you register.

Finally, if you would like to make a financial donation, you can do so by visiting our Donorbox page.

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

Sadly, as per our refund policy in the registration website, we are unable to offer any refunds unless we cancel our conference. This is because we have to make payments in advance for the conference, and we use the number of registered attendees to make these commitments. However, we are able to arrange for you to swap your registration payment with a different named individual who hasn’t yet paid if you are already in contact with them.
